Executive Assistant needed for an Agent on a top-ranking Real Estate Team in Houston, TX. With the help of this individual, the Agent is hoping to focus more on selling Real Estate and much less on the back-end/daily administrative tasks. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond (just like other members of this Team), is excited about the opportunity for growth and expansion, and who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in Real Estate; however, this is not a requirement. Candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". They will be an “outside the box” thinker and problem solver; they will work well in both a team setting and independently. The right candidate will be persistent in following-up with third parties to the Real Estate transaction to keep us within our contract deadlines and get our client to the closing table on time.

It is important that this individual is upbeat and considers themselves to be a perfectionist. They should be extremely computer savvy and welcome constructive criticism as a tool for growth.

Candidate will need to be willing to obtain real estate license (Agent will reimburse) and be open to showing properties, as needed. Candidate will be handling special projects, as needed.


Responsibilities

  • Assisting and supporting a team of salespeople. 
  • Hold agents and team accountable for details, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness with regard to all aspects of team listings and real estate transactions. 
  • Assisting clients and helping them to have an extraordinary experience. 
  • Managing day-to-day office operations. 
  • Maintaining a constant presence on social media. 
  • Maintaining database management system(s). 
  • Facilitating professional and effective communication with past clients and team database. 
  • Lead Management Assistance. 
  • Marketing listings, business, and team - Strong Computer and Marketing Skills Preferred. 
  • Effective time management via time blocking. 
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately. 
  • Schedule (and sometimes lead) meetings and appointments. 
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs. 
  • Track expenses accurately and create effective budgets. 
  • This person will LOVE checklists and "to do" lists and will love paperwork. 
  • (For licensed agents) Contract and Inspection Negotiation. 
  • Phone calls to current clients and team database. 


Qualifications

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. 
  • Discretion and confidentiality. 
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude. 
  • College Degree (preferred). 


Compensation
$30,000 - $35,000 + Bonuses
