Executive Assistant needed for a top-ranking Real Estate team in Folsom, CA. With the help of this individual, the team’s agents will be able to focus on selling real estate rather than running the administrative side of the business. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond and is excited about the opportunity for growth and expansion. This person thrives in a fast-paced work environment and is also highly detail-oriented.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in Real Estate; however, this is not a requirement. Candidate should have a proven track record of following, creating, and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere and will pay special attention to detail. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". They will be an “outside the box” thinker and problem solver. They will also work well independently, as well as in a team setting. The right candidate will be persistent in following-up with third parties to the real estate transaction to make sure contract deadlines are met and our client gets to the closing table on time.

It is important that this individual is upbeat, considers themselves to be a perfectionist, is extremely computer savvy, and welcomes constructive criticism as a tool for growth. This person will be somebody who has a big vision for team growth and expansion. They will be ready to conquer the world with the team! Must be competitive in nature and love to win.

Experience with Contact Retention Management Systems is a plus. Candidate will need to be willing to obtain real estate license (Agent will reimburse this cost) and be open to assisting salespeople and handling special projects, as needed. Most importantly this person will possess a positive, “can do” attitude and will bring a sense of fun to the team.


  • Salary Range is $35,000 - $45,000 PLUS Bonuses.

  • Assisting and supporting a team of salespeople. 
  • Managing day-to-day office operations and multiple assistants that work remotely. 
  • Maintaining a constant presence on social media. 
  • Maintaining database management system(s) and training assistants and interns on systems and processes.  
  • Supporting and encourage assistants in office. Keep moral high. 
  • Lead Management Assistance. 
  • Marketing listings, business, and team (strong computer and marketing skills preferred). 
  • Production of reports, charts, and tracking of daily, weekly and monthly team numbers. 
  • Handle all accounting and payroll with National.
  • Other responsibilities, as assigned by lead agent.

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. 
  • Discretion and confidentiality. 
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude. 
  • Real Estate License Preferred (must be willing to obtain) 

$35,000 - $45,000 + Bonuses
