The Mega Agent Real Estate Team is seeking an executive assistant / transaction coordinator who is passionate about helping us reach our objectives and supporting the team. The person filling this role will be deeply committed to supporting the team in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team.

Full time position with a minimum of 40 hours/week. Growth opportunities possible!

  • Building, implementing and managing all office systems for sellers and buyers, contract to close  
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Maintain showing logs and listing files
  • Assist in answering office phone lines
  • Compiling reports
  • Assisting our listing team, as well as buyer's agents to better serve our clients and colleagues
  • Database and information management
  • Back office support encompassing all financial systems, including reporting (Metrics), bookkeeping (reporting), collecting commissions, etc
  • In some cases, hiring, training, consulting and managing administrative team members and holding all team members accountable to their weekly assignments
  • Technology fluent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills

Job Requirements:

  • High school graduate
  • Bachelor’s degree and real estate license preferred
  • 1-3 years of service management experience
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • Real Estate and QuickBooks knowledge a plus
  • Reliable transportation required
$30,000 per year
