We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is savvy with technology and exceptional with handling Administrative tasks.

Reporting directly to the owner, the ideal candidate will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as leadership capabilities.

We are searching for a person who genuinely desires to help others, takes pride in their quality of work and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. 

This critical administrative position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently, maintain an exceptional attitude, joyfully serve others and shares our belief that people come first!


  • Provide Executive Assistant support to the owner of the company including handling schedule and email communications
  • Interact with buyers, sellers and internal customers both verbally and in writing
  • Handling a significant amount of detailed, administrative work
  • Ideally have some experience with being in a leadership role and helping with systems, procedures and operational efficiencies/duties


  • Enjoy delighting and helping others
  • Have a sense of urgency 
  • Self-motivated and dependable 
  • Works well on a team and also works in a self-directed manner
  • Attention to detail - be precise, thorough and accurate
  • Excellent computer skills - mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite


$13 - $15 per hour (Depending on experience)
