We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a high-producing agent/owner of a mega real estate team in Walnut Creek.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibility is to organize and support the day-to-day activities of the owner and office operations through email/calendar management, meeting prep, effective communication, and follow-through.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a supportive role for a key team member
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, email, calendar, docs, sheets

Compensation
$69,500 - $75,500 yearly
