We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time Executive Assistant. An Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key company executives. Their duties include scheduling duties to helping with day-to-day necessities of leadership.

To be successful in this role, you should be extremely organized, have great time management skills, able to act without guidance, successfully meet multiple deadlines on numerous tasks and perform in a high-paced work environment.

Must be proficient in MS Office, have familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)

Think independently to make decisions under pressure, and they need to have good communication skills to share information with their supervisor efficiently and effectively.

Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members. 

* Please note this is an on-site job in Salisbury, Maryland. M-F: 8am - 5pm.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners 
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements 
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system
  • Help with day-to-day necessities such as picking up/ordering food, walking dogs, etc. 
  • Installing and removing realtor lockboxes

Qualifications

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge 
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • High School degree
  • PA diploma or certification is a plus
  • Reliable transportation
  • Mileage reimbursement

Compensation
$36,000 yearly
