Executive Assistant needed for a top-ranking Real Estate Team growing rapidly throughout North America. With the help of this individual, the CEO and staff are hoping to focus on providing a high-end service to the agents that are on this Mega ICON Team and much less on the back-end/daily administrative and onboarding tasks. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond - just like other members of this team!
The ideal candidate will possess a background in Real Estate. The candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists." The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team. This is a fully remote opportunity, but applicants must operate on an East Coast time schedule and be willing to travel to the Salem, NC, area 2-4 times a year for team events.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $42,000 - $52,000
- Paid Time Off (PTO)

- Bonuses - Considered after a 90-day period

Responsibilities
This person's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting and supporting the owner in all business areas needing assistance
- Maintaining database management system(s) and CRMs
- Screening and directing phone calls; distributing correspondence
- Handling requests and queries appropriately
- Scheduling meetings and appointments for company meetings
- Producing reports, presentations, and briefs
- Assisting and supporting staff and leadership
- Responding to inquiries in a timely manner
- Providing an extraordinary experience to members and prospective agents of the firm
- Managing day-to-day office operations and transaction processes
- Tracking expenses accurately and creating effective budgets
- Marketing of agents to celebrate them and their wins via social media
- Training and holding other team members accountable to KPIs
- Onboarding of new members to the firm
- This person will LOVE checklists and "to do" lists and will love paperwork.
Qualifications
- An AMAZING personality that is able to interact with different personalities is a must
- Must have 2 years in real estate/transaction coordination and management
- Must be willing to travel to Salem, NC area 2-4 times a year for in-person team events
- Must work on East Coast time schedule. Being located in the East Coast time zone is a plus. Local to Salem is a big plus. This is a fully remote role.

- Experience with Skyslope and Zoho a plus
- Experience with Google Suite is a requirement
