ALANTE Real Estate

We are hiring a motivated Director of Operations who will provide a high level of support for the ALANTE Real Estate team by managing the internal workings of the company. This role is a key Empire Protector for the growing team. This Director is the master of systems, consistently seeking new, innovative, and efficient business processes that save time and money. As a key leader in the Expansion Hub, the Director of Operations increases the ability of the Hub to process transactions, freeing the Expansion Partners to focus more on generating transactions than closing them.

This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems, and is seen throughout the organization as the expert on efficiency and systems. This person exhibits a drive to use systems as a strategic tool for creating an advantage for the organization. This individual will have some ability to show patience in finding a solution, though accomplishing the objective is more important for this person than using one specific process.

The Director of Operations is deeply committed to supporting the growth of the Expansion Agent and Expansion Director in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the organization. As the success of the business grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional department members to ensure all administrative tasks of the lead agent’s business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.

The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency – but not at the expense of quality. This individual is passionate about efficiency, is adaptable to change, and is solutions-oriented – but most of all, must value people and love to serve. If this position interests you, send us your resume today!

About Our Team:

ALANTE is derivative of Adelante, which is Spanish for moving forward. At ALANTE, we move our clients forward in their lives via real estate. Modern. Classy. Unique. Unconventional. Professional. About ALANTE Real Estate

We're a small boutique brokerage with a BIG heart.

We created ALANTE to fill a void. One defined by service, not by sales.

Our name is taken from the words and sentiments our founder heard as a child growing up in coastal Spain each time someone knocked on her parent's door. It means welcome. Come in. Move forward. These embody the spirit of our work.

We love our profession. We all chose to do this as our career because helping people who are about to make this journey in life should do so with as much clarity and ease as possible. This is deeply woven into our DNA.

WE'RE ALANTE. WELCOME.
