The Moscoso Group is looking for a professional, proactive, highly-organized executive assistant to play a key role in our growing team. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond - just like other members of this team to focus on the listing side of the business. You’ll be responsible for assisting our agents and clients with administrative duties such as making travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, planning and marketing client events, answering phone calls, and managing our office filing system.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists" and have a passion for helping others and getting the job done right. Compensation:

  • $60,000 - $70,000 salary plus bonus potential

Responsibilities

  • Assisting and supporting the owner in all business and personal areas needing assistance
  • Planning, coordinating, executing, and marketing client events
  • Maintaining database management system(s)
  • Screening and directing phone calls; distributing correspondence
  • Handling requests and queries appropriately
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Producing reports, presentations and briefs
  • Assisting and supporting multiple Agents with whatever they need
  • Assisting clients and helping them to have an extraordinary experience
  • Managing day-to-day office operations
  • Tracking expenses accurately and creating effective budgets
  • Lead Management Assistance
  • Marketing of Listings, Business, and Team through social media and other avenues
  • Managing and owning listing to contract process
  • (Eventually) Hiring, training, and holding team members accountable
  • This person will LOVE checklists and "to do" lists and will love paperwork

Qualifications

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational & project management abilities
  • Comfortable with social media
  • Experience with Canva or other design programs is preferred
  • Incredibly service-oriented attitude
  • Tech-savvy; up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly
  • Able to prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills
  • Independent working with an ability to work at a fast pace
  • Detail-oriented and enjoyment completing a large volume of tasks
  • The candidate will need to be willing to obtain a real estate license upon hiring (Agent will reimburse)
  • Comfortable handling strong personalities
  • Must be thorough and Love to-do lists
  • This person must have a Can and Will Do attitude. This person will be willing to help out wherever needed to help the team succeed
  • This is a full-time, in-office role

Compensation
$60,000 - $70,000 yearly
