This person will be pivotal in helping to run the administrative side of the business so the lead agent on the team can focus on selling real estate. The ideal candidate is energized at the idea of helping people reach their full potential and receives intrinsic rewards from investing in others. This individual will be an outside-the-box thinker, system builder, and problem solver who is always looking for ways to reduce inefficiencies.
