The Executive Assistant will support the Executive in day-to-day operations, communications, correspondence, and scheduling activities. The Executive Assistant is responsible for coordinating meetings, interviews, and other outside functions, and works closely with executive management and staff. The Executive Assistant will also serve as the building receptionist to receive packages and mail and monitor guest access.

This is a full-time position. The work week is considered Monday to Friday and the normal Work Day is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with one hour for lunch.
