The Assistant always looks to go “above and beyond” for our clients and their agent to make sure that they have a smooth and enjoyable home selling experience. 


  • Salary Range is: $60,000 - $70,000
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • Supporting the Agent by preparing CMA’s and Seller Net Sheets, Buyer Net Sheets, updating the contact database as needed, updating and maintaining listing materials/buyer materials, and preparing pre-listing packages/buyer consultations 
  • Assisting the Agent in coordinating the staging, repairs, and home improvements required for showing the property
  • Scheduling all showings and handling all things buyer-related including attending inspections, walkthroughs, and closings as needed
  • Developing and implementing systems for contact database management and back-office support. Ensures that all systems and processes run efficiently, making revisions as needed
  • Developing and maintaining all team filing systems (listings, contracts, legal, correspondences, etc.) and computer databases. This includes making sure that all reference material and forms are available and current
  • Keeping the agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
  • On-boarding new agents
  • Helping with marketing copy/managing some marketing metrics
  • Assisting with property management of a storage facility
  • Managing the CRM/databases for the businesses 
  • Create marketing and client touch plans
  • Coordinate marketing efforts with social media and designer
  • Secure client/character/collaborator reviews 
  • Track all agent and client referrals
  • Secure all inbound leads
  • Develop lead capture opportunities through marketing
  • Track ROI on marketing efforts
  • Keep track of lockboxes and signs
  • Announce Coming Soon Listing
  • Weekly calls with active listing clients to check in and indicate the next steps
  • Prepare bi-weekly market reports for active listing clients
  • Follow up with agents for showing feedback
  • Answer questions from co-op agents regarding active listings
  • Review incoming emails from the listing agent inbox and respond accordingly


  • Bachelor Degree
  • Ability to learn new as well as teach others cloud-based software programs including CRM systems, project management systems, Microsoft Office, all top social media platforms, Google Drive, etc. 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will do anything and everything they need to in order to free their Agents up to sell
