The primary responsibility of the Executive Assistant position is providing professional administrative support to our Owner/Managing Attorney. The Executive Assistant will primarily focus on providing a full range of administrative support such as arranging travel, maintaining a busy calendar, scheduling meetings, answering and screening calls, acting as gatekeeper, email inbox management, and organizing projects both in and out the Firm.

Salary is commensurate with skill and experience and is negotiable. The compensation package includes a “SIMPLE IRA”, paid insurance: Dental, Life, Accidental Death and Disability, Short-term Disability, and Long-term Disability, and generous paid time off.
