A Real Estate Executive Assistant is needed for a top-ranking Team in the Maplewood area. With the help of this individual, the agents are hoping to focus more on selling Real Estate and much less on the back-end/daily administrative tasks. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond - just like other members of this team.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in Real Estate; however, this is not a requirement. The candidate must have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team. Having any solid experience with Excel is a necessity. Any technology experience is a plus. If this sounds like you, then we should definitely talk!

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Stipend Benefits
  • Bonus potential - Considered after a 90-day period

Responsibilities

This person's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Must read MREA book at start of employment, on candidates own time (we will provide them with a copy of the book).
  • Assisting and supporting the owners in all business and personal areas needing assistance.
  • Maintaining database management system(s).
  • Feed database with new mets
  • Send out 8x8’s and 36 touch CRM 
  • Potentially make calls as part of the CRM
  • Screening and directing phone calls; distributing correspondence.
  • Handling requests and queries appropriately.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments for Mark and Mary
  • Schedule showing appointments for top producing agents on our team (defined as agents closing 2 transactions per month).
  • Help top producing agents prepare contracts for buyers.
  • Producing reports, presentations and briefs.
  • Assisting and supporting multiple Agents with whatever they need.
  • Assisting clients and helping them to have an extraordinary experience.
  • Managing day-to-day office operations.
  • Tracking expenses accurately and creating effective budgets
  • Tracking team numbers, weekly of leads to appointments to conversions (under contract) and to closings
  • Lead Management Assistance
  • Marketing of Listings, Business and Team through social media and other avenues.
  • Hiring, training, and holding team members accountable on a weekly basis
  • Help with listing processes.
  • Attend Home Inspections and appraisals if needed
  • Sit Broker Open houses if needed. 
  • This person will LOVE checklists and "to do" lists and will love paperwork.

  • Customer service focus
  • College degree and social media experience preferred
  • Comfortable handling strong personalities
  • Must be thorough and LOVE to-do lists
  • Try to follow a set schedule with responsibilities scheduled in a weekly calendar for efficiency’s sake.
  • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will do anything and everything they need to in order to free their Agents up to sell.

Compensation
$55,000-$65,000
