Responsibilities

  • Maintain team calendar
  • Maintaining and Auditing CRM system
  • Maintaining Social Media Postings and Calendar
  • Open and distribute mail
  • Prepare all marketing mailings 
  • Answer phones
  • Assist with recruiting systems and calls
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints
  • Reconciling financial reportings
  • Maintain supplies, office equipment and software
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout and Partner Call

Qualifications

  • Team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning-based, growth-minded 
  • Organized
  • Knowledge of basic office suite software and calendaring systems 
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Creative and Willing to Try!
  • Flexible
  • Canva Experience
  • Google Docs Experience (spreadsheets, slideshow, docs, etc)

Compensation
$13.50 hourly
