We’re looking for a professional, proactive, highly-organized executive assistant to play a key role in our growing team. You’ll be responsible for assisting our high-level executive & team with administrative duties such as making phone calls to clients and potential clients, maintaining the computer systems with accurate and up-to-date information, and ensuring that our clients have a positive and seamless experience from first contact. Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $30,000 - $40,000
  • $60,000-$75,000 Expected First-Year Earnings
  • Bonus potential
  • Growth Potential

Responsibilities

  • Take care of office management duties such as ordering filing systems and keeping track of office equipment and supplies
  • Serve as the first point of contact for team members and agents
  • Maintain client database with notes and up-to-date information
  • Provide a positive, pleasant, seamless experience for our clients and future clients
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments on behalf of the agents on the team
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills

Compensation
$30,000 - $40,000 + Commissions
