Our mission is to educate our military spouses and Veteran clients to empower them to make the best financial decisions for their families when PCSing, separating, and retiring from the military. Part of those financial decisions involves employment. As the flagship team of the national real estate network for military families, MilHousing Network, we have an aligned mission of combating military spouse unemployment, which is 4 times the national average for their civilian peers. We do this through creating careers in real estate for military spouses as well as sponsoring military spouses to start their careers in real estate through our scholarship partnership with non-profit organization National Military Family Association.
