Contract and Marketing Manager / Executive Assistant needed for a top-ranking Real Estate Team in the Lancaster area. With the help of this individual, the agents can focus more on selling Real Estate and less on the back-end/daily administrative tasks. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is able to provide steadiness, solutions, and ideas. 

The candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team. A background in Real Estate is a bonus, not a requirement. 

The main priority each day is to manage buyer and seller contracts to ensure contract deadlines are met and commission requests and escrow requests are submitted on time. The rest of each day is different and can be filled with listing entry/paperwork/e-mail marketing, social media marketing, or event planning.


  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000

This person's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting and supporting the owners.
  • Maintaining database management system(s).
  • Contract management for all buyer and seller contracts.
  • Handling requests and queries appropriately.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments. 
  • Start daily agent huddle at 10 am, and host weekly meetings. 
  • Producing reports, market statistics, and briefs. 
  • Assisting and supporting multiple agents. 
  • Assisting clients to ensure an extraordinary experience through closing and after.
  • Managing day-to-day office operations.
  • Tracking expenses accurately and creating effective budgets.
  • Lead Management Assistance.
  • Marketing of Listings, Business, and Team through social media and email newsletters.
  • Client event coordination and coordinating Facebook Livestream announcements.
  • Occasional setting up or taking down of signs/ lockboxes on listings.
  • (Eventually) Hiring, training, and holding team members accountable.
  • This person will LOVE checklists and self-managed projects.

  • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will do anything they need to in order to free their agents up to sell.
