We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support to c-level executives in managing their daily schedules, communications, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, adaptable, and possess good time management skills.

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars for two high level executives
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, and transportation
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executives
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Conduct research on various topics as requested
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed


  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Positive and professional attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

$55,000 - $75,000 yearly
