We’re looking for a professional, proactive, highly-organized executive assistant to play a key role in our growing team. You’ll be responsible for assisting the owner and founder of the firm with administrative duties such as making travel arrangements, overseeing itineraries, answering phone calls, and managing personal/professional calendars. INSTRUCTIONS

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact the high-level executive
  • Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes
  • Other assistant duties as assigned from executives such as pick up orders, and other personal assistant tasks
  • Make sure executive schedules including travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings, are organized and up-to-date
  • Report incoming information like phone calls, messages, memos, and emails to an executive
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties
Qualifications
  • 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties
  • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills

  • Must have a Bachelor’s or higher degree

Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000
