Are you highly skilled in marketing and social media and enjoy the execution of day-to-day operations? We’re hiring a Marketing and Systems Coordinator to provide support to our growing real estate team and brokerage by implementing, improving, and establishing systems. Ideal candidates enjoy creating and executing unique marketing strategies through various social media platforms. If you enjoy working in an organized, proactive, and project-driven environment, this position could be for you! Customer Service experience and event planning experience is requested.


  • Create and manage print and digital marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate events and event logistics
  • Database management
  • Client care duties (not limited to handwritten cards, calls, etc.)
  • Review real estate contracts
  • Prepare real estate documents for team
  • Data entry, file review, and file maintenance

  • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
  • Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion
  • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills

  • Superior attention to detail
  • Creative with exceptional organizational and project management abilities
  • Thorough understanding of social media marketing
  • Familiarity with G-Suite, Canva, and email newsletter platforms
  • Service-based attitude
  • Event planning experience

$30,000 - $45,000 yearly
