The Reynolds Team

Could you be the great assistant I’m seeking to work full-time and handle many of the various personal projects of an executive team leader?

A busy Real Estate Team Leader buried with far too much to do, needs a self-driven, flexible, and fast-paced assistant in the Chantilly, VA office.

It’s 10:07 pm on a Friday night...I’m still at my office working! And I have a long list of personal projects that have to get done this weekend too!

I’m stuck working late again tonight because I’ve just got too many things to do --- all the paperwork, new listings to be processed, new business ventures to review, closings to be scheduled, incoming offers to be directed, personal properties that require attention, TONS of social media messages to respond to and other administrative details that go along with running multiple businesses... are killing me.

Can you help make my headaches vanish by handling some of these projects?

Are you somebody who’s superb at handling multiple projects at a time... a loyal, hardworking behind the scenes type person who always follows through and almost never drops the ball... so productive that your last employer considered hiring two people to replace you after you left... comfortable in a small business environment where priorities can change quickly ... flexible working nights or weekends as projects require ... a get-it-done type person who’s also very good on the phone talking with people?

If so, we should talk because you just might be the great assistant I’m looking for. The pay is negotiable and our office dress code is business casual. I don’t care if you haven’t even worked in a while; you don’t need a resume to apply.

Think you might be the person I’m looking for?

Hopefully, with your help I’ll be able to start leaving work at a decent hour!

Sincerely,

The Reynolds Team

About The Reynolds Team

Ranked as one of the top leaders in sales in the country by the Wall Street Journal, Sarah, Debbie, and the entire Reynolds Team attribute their success to always putting their client’s needs first, above all else. This is something that many agents say, but Sarah and Debbie are on a mission to actually DO it by providing their client's several supportive programs that take the risk out of selling or buying a home. They have become passionate about providing these programs, and at the same time have been making each client feel as though they are their only client. The Reynolds Team has always hired partners to join the team that share their core values! It hasn’t always been easy to find them, but we have found that it is worth the wait to find agents and team members that have the same care and passion that we do!

This is an incredible career and an awesome place to work!
