We are hiring a full-time professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support 6 leadership team members in a variety of tasks.
The leadership team members supported by this role are the Market Center Administrator (chief financial director), the Broker, the Director of Operations, the CEO/Team Leader, The Productivity Coach, and the Director of Technology. This person will also provide some assistance to the Executive Office Receptionist in the brokerage's reception area. The day-to-day tasks of the Executive Assistant will vary so the ideal candidate must be flexible and organized.
