Keller Williams Preferred Realty is a high-energy, productivity-driven, success-oriented real estate brokerage. We support over 200 real estate agents and are rapidly growing! We are hiring a full-time professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support 6 leadership team members in a variety of tasks.

The leadership team members supported by this role are the Market Center Administrator (chief financial director), the Broker, the Director of Operations, the CEO/Team Leader, The Productivity Coach, and the Director of Technology. This person will also provide some assistance to the Executive Office Receptionist in the brokerage's reception area. The day-to-day tasks of the Executive Assistant will vary so the ideal candidate must be flexible and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Broker with real estate file checklists
  • Help create social media posts
  • Manage Preferred Vendor Program
  • Assist financial officer with creating documents that recognize agents' achievements
  • Help update and maintain spreadsheets
  • Occasionally provide coverage for the reception area
  • Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome while at the reception area and communicate any important information or directions
  • Assist with calendar appointments for conference rooms
  • Assist with event coordination and project management
  • Other tasks as they arise

Qualifications
  • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information

  • Must be flexible and have the ability to shift and pivot
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Possess excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in English
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Pays superior attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-confident and able to take initiative
  • Reliable, prompt, consistent, and trustworthy
  • Have a heart for servant leadership
  • Professional in appearance, mannerisms, dress, and work ethics
  • High-level people skills (collaborative, friendly, passionate about helping others, team-player, self-starter)
  • Task-driven (desire to complete tasks efficiently and professionally)
  • At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant

Compensation
$40,000 - $42,000
