Are you an excellent planner and organizer? Are you a people person? We’re hiring an executive assistant to provide administrative support to the Owner and help us achieve our organizational goals. Your role is key to ensuring plans are made, schedules are set, meetings happen on time, and files are organized and up-to-date.   • Act as the point of contact among clients, vendors, and other external partners
  • Schedule vendor and client appointments and provide access to properties where necessary
  • Social media management, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc
  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Communicate with the owner, clients
  • Check on status and progress of renovations
  • Record video walk-through of properties
  • Photograph properties
  • Provide daily support to the owner
  • Grow from your experience other assistant duties as assigned by executives such as pick up orders, and other personal assistant tasks
  • You may decide to pursue a real estate license if you wish, but it is not required
  • Your normal working hours are flexible and expected to be between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. You are expected to maintain normal office hours of 9-5. There is an understanding that there will be occasional work outside normal business hours as needed

  • Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion

  • Proficient in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Cal), MS Office programs (Word, Excel,
  • PPT), DocuSign, and other online platforms
  • Strong grasp of social media platforms and technology in general
  • Ability to learn new technology software and applications
  • Previous experience in real estate, property management is strongly preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years administrative experience (preferred)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Business casual dress
  • Clean background check and drug test 

$12 - $15 hourly
