Our growing real estate team servicing Santa Fe, Albuquerque and all surrounding areas, is seeking a Proactive, Motivated, Goal oriented, Teamwork Driven, Spiritual, Growth Mindset person to be an Executive Assistant and grow within our organization! This does provide for further growth opportunities and responsibilities for the right candidate. This person will support the Team Leader in all aspects of real estate and help implement systems. Currently working in real estate or has proven experience as an Executive Assistant is Ideal.
- Can multi-task while also being Detail Oriented
- Tech Savvy and then some! Easily navigates through Websites and Media.
- Anticipatory of Client, Team Leader, and Company Needs.
- Maintaining and constantly improving our 5th level white glove client services
- Handling of accounting and general office duties
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

- Salaried position. Will include weekly hours, some evenings, and weekend work. Flexibility isMarketing and Social Media(Multiple Platforms)
- Client Events- Planning and Hosting
- Initial Compensation will be salaried depending on experience.
- NM Real Estate License preferred. If hired and not licensed, must be willing to obtain a real estate license.
- Database Management experience
