Sheila and Company - Samson Properties is looking to add an administrative professional/marketing assistant to our amazing front line team. This position will never be the same from day to day and will involve direct interaction with team agents, clients, and vendors. Opportunity to grow your career and income. Responsibilities
  • Build, implement and manage all systems for customers, database management and back office support to improve productivity
  • Be the point of contact for our customers to help them quickly find solutions
  • Communication with vendors to place orders, review work and report on results
  • Regular interaction with team support staff to assist with the planning and execution of projects
  • Director of First impressions at our beautiful office
  • Design and deployment of various online advertisements
Qualifications
  • Must be organized, proficient and on-time
  • It’s NECESSARY and mandatory to have real estate experience.
  • Experience in a real estate or other sales office is not a requirement but is highly desired
  • Promptness
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to common problems
  • Has BIG marketing background


Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000 yearly
