One of Phoenix’s top producing real estate companies is seeking a professional, experienced, hands-on Executive Assistant for its fast paced office. The successful candidate will have experience performing a variety of administrative functions.
The position requires a high level of attention to detail, creativity, exceptional problem solving skills, a team oriented philosophy, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task, and proficiency with MS Office software.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions including: scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing correspondence and contracts, managing office supply inventory, organizing and managing the office workflow, data entry, filing, faxing and answering/returning phone calls.
This is a part-time position of 20 hrs/week and the applicant needs to be open to a full time position within three months. Compensation is $12 - $15/hour based on experience. Start date will be July 1st.
