We are looking for an Executive Assistant for Real Estate Consulting Firm.

High-volume real estate coaching company seeking highly skilled administrative person to provide support and resources to our real estate agent and broker clients.

As a resource coach, you will be responsible for assisting agents brokers and brands with all aspects of running a successful Real Estate business following our proven systems and processes.


Responsibilities

  • General Office duties, including answering phones, opening the office, posting and organizing mail, keeping inventory and re-ordering of supplies.
  • Customer Service.
  • Marketing, including updating websites, blogs, online listings, social media; creating fliers, mailers, and videos.
  • Assisting clients in the execution of training tools and materials.
  • Providing support to coaches and clients.
  • Cross-over responsibilities may be required in our actual real estate business.
  • Creating and managing all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, and lead follow-up.
  • Regularly updating and maintaining communication with clients, agents, and all involved in the transaction.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is in order.
  • Proofreading skills are a big plus!

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience
  • Must have very strong working knowledge MS Word and Excel and Google Drive.
  • Ability to learn other programs, databases, and websites quickly
  • Quick to respond to requests and completely dependable on follow-through
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Superior oral and written communication skills


Position Hours:

• Full time (40 hours)

• $12.00 - $15.00 an hour


Compensation
$12.00 - $15.00/hr
