  • Report directly to Team Leader
  • Manage Team Leader’s schedule (guard and protect it!)
  • Prepare daily list of prospecting and follow up calls
  • Answer ALL incoming calls, prioritize, and create a list for follow up
  • Print, bind and prepare all materials for listing and buyer appointments
  • Reserve and coordinate meeting rooms/conference calls for all appointments and Team meetings
  • Coordinate the preparation of hand written notes, client gifts and client follow up
  • Coordinate all client, vendor and Capo Beach farm events
  • Support VP of Operations
  • Assist in coordinating Marketing Materials for Team and Listings: Edit monthly newsletter, prepare monthly postcard campaigns, proof email blasts, proof send out cards and birthday lists/gifts
  • Assist in on-boarding new agents and employees to the Team
  • Help organize the Team’s office to create an efficient work flow
  • Oversee the profit and loss statement each month, prepare monthly report for Team Leader/Operations
  • Keeping Team Handbook up to date and setting Team expectations with new and current members
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of getting all Z Team listings to market, including staging, photo shoots, repairs, cleaners and broker preview tours
  • Coordinate keys, signs, lock boxes, flyers and all open house materials/signs as needed weekly
  • Help print and prepare for open house and marketing/client events
  • This person will love checklists and "to do" lists and will love paperwork

$40,000 - $50,000 annual base salary + Potential for Bonus
