As the executive assistant, it will be your top priority that our clients have a professional experience with minimal stress. We are one of the Top 5 Agents in our office, so days are busy and it will always be an exciting day at the office. We are looking for someone who is self motivated and driven because this position can grow into the Director of Operations, and that is an exciting promotion opportunity!

Responsibilities
  • Manage lead agents email, calendar, and assist on daily tasks
  • Be in charge of putting together the listing presentation and packets for all listing appointments
  • Assist in getting listings market ready
  • Once a house is on the market, assist in preparing all counter offers
  • Client Experience is our number one priority, so helping clients with their paperwork and any questions will be a vital component to this position
  • We have an elaborate Marketing Program, so assisting and organizing the marketing calendar will be an important aspect of the job
Qualifications
  • Well organized and able to handle several tasks at the same time
  • Comfortable with changing technology
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Able to write and edit letters to clients
  • Able to work in a fast paced- high energy environment
Compensation
$17 - $20 hourly
