We are looking for a Personal Assistant/Bookkeeper to work directly with one of the top real estate agents in the Triangle!
The perfect candidate would take initiative, be resourceful, personable, and flexible in the many roles this job entails. Hours are flexible/negotiable.
- Answering phones taking messages
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
- Filing retrieving documents and reports
- Travel arrangements
- General administrative support
- Arrange/coordinate meetings events
- Organize computer database
- Expense reporting
MUST have experience in:
- Organization and meeting preparation
- Customer service (strong communication skills with various vendors)
- Basic accounting and Return on Investment knowledge
$35,000 - $45,000
