This is a part time position! 

We are seeking an individual who cares about the quality of their work. The perfect Executive Assistant will be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced and unpredictable environment. This job is responsible for day to day support of Sales Agents and the Team Leader/Sales Manager.

The position requires a wide array of abilities and character traits. In addition to having or gaining the entire skill set of an accomplished real estate professional, you will be helping to manage a small company. We hope you like variety and are stimulated by diverse work responsibilities. Small business owners wear a lot of hats; as the Executive Assistant to the Owner, you will too!

Some of the hats you’ll wear include: Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, Social media Expertise, Real Estate Negotiator, Marketing Genius, Customer Service Representative and a Sales Professional.

Over time, you will be expected to gain a level of proficiency, and eventually mastery in each of these areas. In the near future, if the circumstances are right, will transition to a licensed buyers agent.

Responsibilities
  • Develop good relationships with all vendors so our brand is seen favorably in our chosen market
  • Create databases and systems for lead generation and client management to help the team work effectively
  • Create effective processes on the team so the agent can focus on selling more properties and increase sales
  • Create marketing events and client experiences that entice new customers and expand our database
  • Act as our social media expert, encompassing Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
  • Manage listing inventory
  • Liaison to outside agents for showings and questions
  • Process new listings
  • Coordinate closing details
  • Prospect and lead generation
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required and some college a plus
  • Exceptional proofreading skills and detail-orientation required
  • Some training experience helpful
  • 3+ years of administrative experience helpful
  • MS Office experience required
  • Reside in the Destin or South Walton area
  • Social Media expertise
  • Real Estate background preferred
Compensation
$15 hourly
