The Executive Administrative Assistant will support executive, operational and administrative functions of the Team Leader and Team. This position will be in direct communication with Clients, Realtors, Builders, and Business Partners as well as provide a high level internal support. This position requires time management, the ability to multi-task and prioritize, precise verbal and written communication and a high sense of urgency. Every hour you work should save the Loan Officer one hour of time.  This person should have a positive upbeat attitude and provide a superior level of customer service. This position is a great stepping stone into the mortgage industry and offers a lot of opportunity for growth.


  • Handle incoming calls and emails - manage Manager's email and respond appropriately and manage incoming calls and direct to the appropriate person
  • Manage Manager's calendar, follow up with appointments, and schedule accordingly
  • Keep the Manager on track and on schedule throughout the day
  • Support the team's marketing efforts to include events, gifting, flyers, and mailers
  • Handle Incoming Leads and direct them to the appropriate person, follow up with updating and managing the lead tracker
  • Manage the birthday program, All About You forms, thank you cards, and 10 week follow-up program
  • Provide excellent client interaction with internal and external customers


  • High School or equivalent
  • 3 years experience in an administrative support role is ideal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adjust to varying workload
  • Must be independent, self-motivated, and organized
  • Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude
  • Must be able to prioritize workload and be extremely organized
