Are you an excellent planner and organizer? We’re hiring an executive assistant to provide administrative support to the team lead and help us achieve our organizational goals. Your role is key to ensuring plans are made, schedules are set, meetings happen on time, and files are neatly organized and up-to-date. The majority of your role will be in financial assisting, book keeping, and data entry. Ideal candidates are proactive, love diving into projects, working with others, have a strong attention to deal and making things happen quickly and correctly.   • Make sure executive schedules including travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings, are organized and up-to-date
  • Help prepare meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Execute other tasks as assigned by executives like picking up orders, arranging personal appointments, etc.
  • Serve as the main contact for high-level executive
  • Report incoming information like phone calls, messages, memos, and emails to an executive
  • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
  • Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
  • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office
