Responsibilities

Duties:

You are the FIRST stop for all Clients we are carrying and Agents on the team. You are a motivator, leader, manager and accountability partner.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to every client
  • Communicate with every agent
  • Implement client service and agent systems
  • Suggest ways to improve Systems, Procedures and Tracking
  • Suggest ways to improve Client Service and Profit
  • On-board new agents
  • Track all metrics
  • Monitor weekly, monthly and yearly goals for all members of the team
  • Handle all urgent matters
  • Handle all correspondence, written and electronic
  • Handle all incoming phone calls
  • Create Presentations and Prepare to WIN every appointment
  • Creatively expand market presence
  • Maintain all files in a neat and orderly fashion – paper and electronic
  • Monitor and follow-up on all sales/closing files
  • Database management and organization
  • Ask personal sphere of influence for referrals
  • Maintain and improve Office Policy and Procedure Manual
  • Furiously protect Robin’s time
  • Continually Learn and Grow!


Must be Knowledgeable of the Following Programs:

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Gmail Suite
  • Facebook

Compensation

$50,000 - $100,000+ annual salary, including bonus
