Looking to start at 30 hours a week



  • Prepare marketing material for listings, past clients, and potentially manage social media accounts.
  • Transaction Coordinator – (Manage from contract to closing)
  • Manage past customer follow-up systems
  • Prepare weekly call sheet for Agent
  • Respond to other agent and client questions (email and phone)
  • Property management and tenant screening


Required Skill Sets:

  • Extremely organized and process driven
  • Systems oriented
  • Excel in a fast paced and busy work environment
  • Be a self-starter
  • Good customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and word
  • Maintain files
  • Create requested documents
  • Manage and meet all contract deadlines
  • Maintain and manage CRM entries on a daily basis 
  • No experience in the Real Estate industry is needed, however It is helpful

$13.00 / hr, 30 hrs a week
