  • Ensuring that all the teams viz. Management, Sales, Marketing, and Kitchen/Restaurant/Event Operations have the resources and tools they need to function effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensuring that all off-premise, on-premise Events (paid, unpaid) are executed flawlessly.
  • Ensuring that Restaurant Service is top-notch.


  • 75% contribution to Group Health Insurance beginning first full month of your employment. E.g., if you join on August 9 full time, your coverage will begin on September 1.
  • Paid Time Off:
  • You will get these Federal Holidays Off: New Year’s Day, Christmas Day. If any of these Holidays falls on a Saturday/Sunday or you work on any of these Holidays, you will get a compensatory day off
  • In your first full calendar year of employment, you will earn 1 day PTO for every 6 weeks of work for a total of 8 PTO days every year
  • Starting your second full calendar year of employment, you will earn 1.5 day PTO for every 6 weeks of work for a total of 12 PTO days every year
  • You can contribute to 401K as soon as you join. After 1 year of job, we match up to 4%.


  • Hire, Train, and Manage Restaurant/Catering FOH Staff in order to provide superior customer experience
  • Schedule all FOH Staff and ensure times of all employees are correct and complete before bi-weekly payroll run
  • Implement, review, improve processes/checklists. Document new ones if necessary
  • Lead weekly BEO and Postmortem meetings
  • Procure bar supplies, services, other supplies, and materials keeping in mind the cost, quality, and time
  • Ensure that storage areas are well maintained, clean, and organized
  • Ensure all vehicles are well maintained and operational
  • Ensure all certificates, insurances, licenses, and vehicle registrations are up to date and renewed/filed timely
  • Act as backup for walkthroughs and events if we are short-staffed


  • At least 5 years of Events and Catering Experience
  • At least 5 years of Operations Management Experience
  • At least 5 years of Restaurant Management Experience
  • Associate's Degree or higher
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Tech savvy and experience with Microsoft Office

$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
