Our Firm's Back Story – (Why we do what we do & Why you'd want to work here):

Hi, my name is estate planning attorney Elliott Feldman. I'm the owner of the Elliott Feldman Law Group, which is a boutique law firm that serves clients in all counties across the state of Florida and Ohio, virtually over Zoom from the comfort the clients' homes. We focus 100% on building comprehensive estate plans for our clients in order to keep their family out of court and conflict should something happen to them.

Why do I care / Why does our firm only do estate planning? My dad died when I was 7 with an estate plan in place –– including a trust. But my mom - STILL - had to go through almost ~3 years in probate court and had to pay $55,000 by the end of it. All because dad got an estate plan from a traditional law firm that cut corners. That's why I created the Elliott Feldman Law Group – to make sure no other family has to suffer what mom suffered.
