Experienced Estate Planning and Probate Attorney

We are looking for an Attorney with an A-plus attitude who is passionate, outgoing, motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and client-focused. The Attorney candidate must have great communication skills.

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000+ DOE and great benefits including health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, and disability insurance.

Our Estate Planning and Probate Attorney will be responsible for all aspects of the clients’ case including:

• Conducting initial consultations and devising strategies
• Delegating work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitoring their work
• Handling the Firm’s estate planning and probate matters
• Leading and participating in final meetings with clients
• We are looking for someone who has character, intelligence, and integrity who contributes positively to the atmosphere within the office

• Is an active member of the Florida Bar
• Has 5 to 7 years of Estate Planning / Probate experience
• Has the capacity to handle cases and clients independently
• Shows compassion when dealing with clients and puts them at ease during their difficult time
• Is a go-getter with a strong work ethic
