Why us?
You can work independently and as part of a highly focused team. We are all pretty driven to serve our clients. So, not a ton of ‘water cooler’ talk daily, yet we do like to have fun and do have staff outings, etc. In a firm like ours, we welcome ideas and feedback to help us grow and you grow. You will not be stifled by ‘red tape or corporate bureaucracy. We also pay for your bar association fees, and your malpractice insurance.

In addition, we provide other benefits, including PTO and 8 paid holidays. We are also pretty flexible around here. If you have an appointment or need to attend to a family matter, just put it on the calendar. Family matters to us!

Responsibilities

We are a law firm that provides estate planning, asset protection planning, and estate administration for our clients. We are looking to add an experienced Attorney to our team that is knowledgeable in estate planning and elder law.

What will your day typically consist of?
Meeting with potential clients, designing the plans, and getting clients to say ‘yes’. We each track our time daily and are driving toward monthly goals. If we had to guesstimate, 60% of your day in client meetings, 40% reviewing documents, etc.

How much drafting will you do?
You may do some drafting, but most of the time, you will make sure your plan notes are legible and then oversee and be a resource to our drafting paralegal team. So, you will mostly review documents ensuring a high-quality product for our clients. But attention to detail will be critical.
