Escrow Innovations, Inc. is a DFPI-licensed, thriving, and service-oriented escrow company in the Inland Empire. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Escrow Sales Representative who is a sociable, outgoing, high-energy, proven, self-motivated, and goal-orientated individual with numerous real estate agents/broker contacts.  In this hands-on sales position, the sales representative will be responsible for strategic prospecting efforts that result in increased revenue and he or she will directly benefit from the growth in the business. They will report to our Escrow Manager and be the face of Escrow Innovations, Inc. to the real estate professionals and public in the cities we serve. As our new Escrow Sales Representative, you will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Our Escrow Sales Representative operates independently, maintaining a professional approach to all customers and offices, will maintain a results-driven schedule, and will be available to meet with management as required. A sales representative is expected to work at least 40 hours per week (in most cases during normal business hours) and to work industry functions outside of normal business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Field calls to existing clients
  • Assess the client's specific needs
  • Educate on additional services
  • Develop relationships through participation in Real Estate Association activities
  • Field calls to prospective clients’ offices – Real Estate Agents and Brokers
  • Contact new prospects (Majority of time)
  • Create and address new business opportunities through field visits, online meetings, calls emails
  • Drive existing client sales
  • Field existing calls and requests for new business
  • Stay up to date on industry-related developments
  • Increase market share month-to-month and year-to-year
  • Attend open houses, broker previews, and community and real estate related events
  • Speaking in front of small and large groups
  • Seek and implement best practices for generating new leads

Qualifications

  • Candidate must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
  • Self-initiative and ability to operate effectively without constant supervision
  • Background in the Real Estate Industry / Escrow a plus
  • Ability to build rapport with prospective clients
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong Customer Service background
  • Basic Computer Skills – MS Office, internet + familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Extensive Driving- clean driving record

Compensation
Starting $40,000 + DBE, plus commission
