To face its growing expansion, Next Level Escrow is looking for an experienced Escrow Officer / Manager who will assume the responsibility of managing a small, high-performing team with a great deal of operating autonomy; and who will have in mind the continued success and growth of the company.

Position Summary:
The Escrow Officer / Manager position is expected to effectively manage a small team as well as a pipeline of purchase and refinance transactions from inception to disbursement. Within this frame, the Escrow officer/Manager is responsible for reviewing the contracts, title reports, and all related documents to the transaction to ensure an on-time and successful close of each transaction. This position will also be responsible for overall office management, staff management and mentorship, budget management, and handle the trust account.
Desired Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma required.
- College degree and/or escrow certifications are preferred.
- 5+ years prior Escrow officer experience REQUIRED.
- Knowledge of RBJ or similar escrow software required.
- Bilingual (or multilingual) a plus.
- Notary is a plus
Position available immediately.
Compensation
We offer a base pay of $80,000 per year plus commissions.

- Thoroughly review documents such as sale-purchase contracts, preliminary title reports, lenders instructions, and loan documents.
- Ability to effectively manage a pipeline of transactions while maintaining time-frame requirements.
- Work with title companies to clear of any title issues and/or problems.
- Prepare documents such as estimates, escrow instructions, amendments, and closing documents including transfer deeds.
- Building and nurturing relationships with real estate agents and title officers.
- Perform file audits and sets up files for disbursement by verifying funds in escrow and setting up checks and wires for immediate disbursement upon closing.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external business partners.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Knowledge and processing experience of complete escrow process.
- Proficient working with escrow software such as RBJ.
