• This position is responsible for the daily processing of escrow and listing transactions
• Liaise with customers, service providers, vendors, and contractors, acting as the main line of communication
• Support and manage the escrow stage of listings
• Prepare transaction documents, work with clients, escrow agents, and title companies, and maintain transaction file
• Review and prepare estimated closing statements
• Preparing files for signing and monitoring the closing
• Ensuring that title issues are resolved, and files are properly balanced/ audited prior to closing
• Preparing and submitting closed loan package and disbursement documentation, recording package, and final policy package to the appropriate internal department
• Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research
• Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, and other required documentation and send them to the real estate broker for file compliance
• Post new listings in the MLS to sell homes quickly and give customers an excellent experience
• Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell
• Arrange all buyers’ showings and public open houses to get feedback regarding the showing to help other team members facilitate more sales
• Enter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goals
• Responding in a timely, professional, and courteous manner to any customer inquiries! Ensuring that all necessary information has been ordered and is accurate, and reviewing information for completeness and compliance

• CA Real Estate License required
• Expert with real estate contracts, documents, and online programs such as MLS, Docusign, Zipforms, and a CRM
• Familiarity with Google Suite or similar systems
• Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Experience executing at a high volume, under pressure, and able to provide strong customer service skills
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
