• Operate heavy equipment such as trenchers, skid steers, cranes, etc. safely and efficiently in a variety of terrains and environments.
• Read and understand blueprints and drawings to ensure accuracy while performing tasks.
• Unload, transport, and assemble metals, construction supplies, and equipment in accordance with the provided instructions.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair heavy equipment and steel structures to ensure they meet safety standards.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and equipment on-site.

• At least 4 years of experience as an Equipment Operator/Steel Erector in the outdoor installations industry
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical diagrams
• Ability to use welding and cutting tools and operate heavy equipment
• US work authorization and valid driver's license in good standing
• Ability to pass a background check
