Ride to and from events with a small crew to install tents, and inflatables, and set up events (chairs, tables, games, etc.). Some cleaning and preparation of equipment will be required. This job will require working regardless of weather, as well as requiring lifting 50 lbs. This will be a full-time, in-the-field job from March thru October and will have a lot of warehouse work in the slower season (winter) which includes cleaning and organizing. Hard work and attention to detail are a must. Can move up quickly if proven work ethic.

Must be detail oriented and Attention to detail is a must. Hours Monday-Friday 8 am-5pm Some nighttime work and Weekend work on occasion

• Ride to and from events with a small crew to install tents, and inflatables, and set up events (chairs, tables, games, etc.)
• Loading and unloading the truck for the upcoming days and events per the schedule
• Help navigation to the sites while riding with your team
• Cleaning Products once returned for the upcoming events
• Warehouse organization once trucks are unloaded
• Able to roll with the punches and understand last minute jobs happen
• Problem solver/ Critical thinker\
• Ability to carry and handle manual labor everyday

• Valid driver's license- Not Required but transportation to and from the office required
• Ability to use tablets for proper paperwork
• Customer service skills (while on-site dealing with the customers)
• Communication skills to your team lead and other co workers
• Common sense to be able to problem solve on the go and work around onsite issues without hesitation
• Technology Savey to an extent can work tablets and computers to access schedule and daily jobs
• Go getter mentality wants to learn everything he or she can to better themself and their team
