No prior experience is required to fill this position!
- Conduct wetland monitoring data collection, gopher tortoise surveys and relocations, water quality sampling, wetland delineation, threatened and endangered species surveys, and a myriad of other field tasks.
- Data entry and assist with the preparation of technical reports and permit applications.
- Work closely with project managers and other field staff.
- Bachelor’s Degree in biology, environmental science, or a related field is required.
- Ability to work outside comfortably.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internships or experience in environmental consulting, wildlife management, fisheries management, or forestry fields is a plus, as is familiarity with ArcGIS and AutoCAD.
