We are seeking a TALENTED highly motivated, task-oriented, technology and marketing focused individual with a passion for connecting with current and future customers through technology, data and marketing.

This position will be responsible for assisting with technology and data projects involving marketing to our current and potential customers, employees and independent sales agents. This position is charged with educating our sales agents on the use of technology and expanding our data collection to integrate with online marketing campaigns for our company and its agents. This position requires tight interaction with the rest of the marketing, technology, sales and management team to ensure that our websites, social media, and other communications correctly implement data collection and management, and use said data to achieve our overall goals.

Applicants should have a well-developed technology skillset that primarily includes a capacity for collecting and administering data and integrating said data into various marketing projects. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing and advertising is critical, while knowledge of real estate functions is a bonus. Familiarity with technology, especially Apple products and Wordpress is also critical. 

In addition to using technology in marketing, and online advertising related work, this position will also share a role in assisting and educating our sales agents with their individual marketing needs; providing technology assistance; maintaining databases; preparing reports; and other duties as assigned.

This position will lead our efforts of administering various customer databases and assist in our efforts to engage agents of the company through the use of technology.

Responsibilities

  • Create, administer and maintain customer database(s).
  • Proactively administer our CRM platform including its database and sales agents.
  • Assist with our Agent iPad Initiative through training sales agents and maintaining company distributed iPads.
  • Assist our agents with technology questions and projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills
  • Experience with Apple iPads and Computers (intermediate)
  • Experience with Wordpress (beginner)
  • Experience with a CRM preferred but not required
  • Experience with a MDM preferred but not required

Compensation
$11/hr+ (DOE)
