We are searching for a personable, thorough Entry Level Sales Representative for our REAL ESTATE SALES TEAM to contact prospective clients via cold prospecting. The Entry Level Sales Representative's responsibilities include ascertaining whether potential clients might be interested in our products and services and then scheduling a time for our real estate agents to meet with each client.

The problem with most inside sales roles in real estate today that pay you for your performance is that individuals are pigeonholed into simply setting appointments for licensed agents instead of having the opportunity to become licensed agents themselves. Truthfully, that is where you can have the greatest impact on people and make the most money. That is what this opportunity is all about. There is a shortage of talented, team-oriented real estate agents in our market today so we decided to go find them!

What does this role look like?

We are looking for career-minded, goal-oriented, driven individuals who want to become full-time, licensed real estate agents. We will train you, sponsor you to go through real estate school (at no cost to you), and give you a performance-based real estate sales job while you work toward getting your real estate license. Once you have passed your real estate exam (which should take you 5 weeks while working in this role), you will transition into our world-class, in-depth real estate agent training course that will give you all of the tools to become a consistent 6-figure earning real estate rock star. Responsibilities

  • Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services
  • Contacting prospective clients using our tools, technologies, and lists
  • Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative
  • Keeping a detailed log of your contacts, including those who were not interested
  • Following up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past
  • Work toward getting your real estate license
