You’ll follow the project foreman’s direction to prepare job sites, load and unload material, remove debris, help team members, and do any other tasks to ensure the customer is satisfied with our work. • Stack and prep all of the tools and building materials that are needed for a project in order to keep everything organized
• Take away any remaining tools, trash, and building materials once construction is complete to ensure a clean work site
• Remove any trash, debris or hazardous materials from the area to prep the site before construction begins
• Help your team with all stages of the build to make sure that the job is done as efficiently as possible
• Make sure to follow all health and safety regulations to ensure you and your crew members don’t suffer any injuries

• This work requires physical agility, solid hand-eye coordination, and a good sense of balance
• Experience with construction builds is a big plus, but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidates
• Needs to be good at following directions and complete tasks, both independently and on a team
• Candidates who have experience using construction equipment such as forklift, power tools, and hand tools highly preferred
• We prefer if you have a high school diploma or GED
