This fast-growing real estate team in Shelby Township, Michigan is looking for full-time, entry-level, valuable, motivated, service-oriented, SALES REPRESENTATIVES with a “can do” attitude. This is a performance-based position. We provide one-on-one training and coaching that is practical, insightful, and tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of our business. We have a clear and realistic path to success. We have crafted this role and designed it based on “the dream” sales role. The sales representative will be building relationships, selling, and making purchases on behalf of our company with company funds. Responsibilities

  • Follow company processes
  • Utilize proprietary software and other online market-specific tools
  • Provide quick, convenient, the turnaround for clients
  • Cold call for sale by owners, expired listings, and withdrawn listings daily
  • "Circle call" around our current and under contract listings
  • Call neighborhoods to find more listings and also invite neighbors to our open houses
  • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
  • Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to closing stages
  • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
  • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves

Compensation
$50,000 - $55,000
